The operators of this service, NorthEast Coachlines, T/as HothamBus, and/or associated agent and/ coordinator for the airline companies, bus or train operators, hotel, motel or innkeepers and do not assume any responsibility for loss, damage, injury, accident, sickness or delay or other inconvenience to passengers incurred on or in connection with any of the aforementioned services or caused by acts of war, terrorism, civil riot, national disturbance or act of nature.
The passenger contract in use by the aforementioned services shall constitute the sole contract between the purchases of this tour and/or passenger and the aforementioned services. All tickets, deposit tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respect to the terms and conditions shown thereon such owners, operators, public carriers, managing agents or agents and providers of service shall be exempt from all liability in respect to or connection with the detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however, or by whosever, caused and whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger and/or purchaser of the tour at any time when the said passenger and/or purchaser is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by them, NorthEast Coachlines, T/as HothamBus, its associates or agents while taking every care with passengers luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or inconvenience in the handling thereof.
Everyone that goes to Hotham or Falls Creek needs to pay the resort entry fee. Falls Creek is included in the pricing, Hotham Alpine Resort is payable on entry to resort as of 20/02/2014 resort entry has not been set, but may be $12 per adult per day & $6 for children.
NorthEast Coachlines, T/as HothamBus, reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any of the arrangements contained in the itineraries. No responsibility is taken for failure to connect with other transport services or for unused accommodation charges or for any other inconvenience or expense imposed due to coaches being delayed whilst travelling to or on high altitude roads.
Refunds - Refer to individual tours terms on refunds, but as an over view Express seats are non refundable except for "Fully Flexible" fares, which upon failure to board or cancelling your journey a full refund will be provided within 36 hours. Holiday packages or weekend ski tours are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if outside of 60 days prior to travel. 60 to 30 days prior to travel a 50% cancelation fee applies, with 80% for 29 to 15 days prior & 100% for bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel. Non travel products i.e., Ski Hire, Lift tickets etc are totally refundable up to 24 hours prior to booked date.
Documentation - All tickets, itineraries and invoices are emailed via PDF, if a deposit is paid a quote will be forwarded, with final documentation dispatched when final monies are received in full. All online credit card transactions will appear as North East Coachlines Pty Ltd & the physical credit card used to pay for tickets must be presented by the cardholder for verification at check-in, when collecting boarding passes. The carrier reserves the right to deny boarding, or collect a guarantee payment (in cash or a new credit card) should the cardholder fail to present the physical card originally used for booking transaction.
Credit Card Payments - All payments are inclusive of the relevant Australian GST and are in the currency of AUD.
